Return Process
- 1.Initiate Request
Log in to your Spigen Business account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Shipment
Securely pack the electronics or accessories in their original retail packaging, ensuring all documentation and components are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Affix Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, obscuring any previous delivery markings.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
